OUR ORIGIN
Through our work printing for a wide range of brands and projects, we began to focus on what lies beneath every design: the T-shirt body itself.
The texture of the fabric. The way ink interacts with it. The balance of proportions. The smallest details of construction. Our desire to make things better, shaped by hands-on experience in the printing studio, became the starting point for creating our own original T-shirt bodies.
Test, wear, and refine. Through this continuous process, I'm Smith was born.
Behind the name is our desire to be honest and dedicated craftsmen. We put our commitment to craftsmanship into every single T-shirt we create.

5 DETAILS OF I'M SMITH
01 USA COTTON
Our inspiration was the relaxed, effortless character of classic American T-shirts. For the fabric, we selected USA cotton, known for its distinctive dry touch.
Open-end yarn gives the fabric a slightly coarse texture and naturally rugged appearance. Its rich character makes a statement even when worn on its own.
02 TEAR-AWAY TAG
Both the logo label at the back of the neck and the size and care labels are designed to be easily removed by hand.
For those who prefer not to feel a tag against their neck, the T-shirt can be worn completely tag-free.
Keep them as they are, or remove them. A small detail that lets you choose what feels right for you.
03 TUBULAR BODY
The body is constructed in a tubular shape, eliminating side seams entirely. With no seams rubbing against the skin, it offers a smooth and comfortable fit.
The seamless sides also make it easier to place prints, opening up more possibilities for creative expression.

04 FINE SEWING
From the ribbed collar to the cuffs and hem, the quality of the stitching—which defines the final look—is considered right down to the thread itself. For black garments, we use durable spun thread; for white garments, we select cotton thread, chosen for how well it takes dye during the post-dyeing process. We employ a two-needle double-stitch technique, achieving both exceptional durability and an authentic, vintage-inspired aesthetic.
05 ONE-WASHED
Each garment undergoes a "one-wash" process—a pre-wash treatment applied before it reaches you.
This minimizes shrinkage after future washes, ensuring the fit you choose remains consistent.
